General Queries

Stripe (Credit card and Debit Card) and Octifi (providing instalment in 3 payments)

There will be a confirmation email sent to you email address.

Please email out customer service at cs@ushop.sg with attached invoice and photo as
proof of damage and state the reason for return.

We only offer local delivery and for retail items are send by Singpost
Delivery fee may be set by seller for bulky items


a. The default delivery fees are indicated, However seller may set their own delivery fees.
b. Retail products delivery: $5
c. Food products delivery: $10

Shipping & Delivery

After confirmation, you will receive an email notification from the seller who will update
you with further email on order is accepted, processing and shipped out.

 If you have ordered locally, you can expect to receive products within 3 to 7 business
days after receiving confirmation email.

Delivery fee will be $5 for each product from each seller. The total sum including
shipping / delivery fee will be charged at the checkout.

You can create an account at the checkout page or on our homepage.

Firstly, click “Forgot Password” and enter your registered email address. Then, verify
your account using email, proceed to create a new password.

You will receive an invoice in your confirmation email.

We may collect the following personal data from you: identity data, contact data, account
data, transaction data, profile data, location data. You may refer to the Buyers Data Protection Notice here.

Tracking of Orders will be the Order # on the email send to the customer at the
completion of check out after your payment is completed. The Vendor will send an email to
the customer once the item is picked up by delivery provider.
